The rpy2.rinterface module throws warnings in 3.6, silence them too

@tobiasdiez can we have rpy2 installed and tested in conda? https://github.com/sagemath/sage/blob/10.7.beta8/tools/update-conda.py#L178 says it's disabled because of #40215, but that is about sage detecting the presence of the R lattice library, which to me seems to be orthogonal to installing r-lattice in conda?

The issue was that with rpy2 installed and without r-lattice these errors occurred. In #40383, I'm now trying to install both rpy2 and r-lattice.
